The art behind our Pomme Collection
Each Fleurgrain collection is created in collaboration with a single artist whose practice aligns with our values: patience, craft, and meaning. For our debut chapter, we worked with French printmaker Estelle Monna, whose work combines traditional engraving techniques with a contemporary sensibility.
Meet the Artist
Estelle Monna is a French printmaker based in Pernes-les-Fontaines, in Provence. She works with etching, drypoint, and linocut, building compositions that explore stillness, intimacy, and nature. Her pieces often feature feminine figures and botanical forms, expressed with restraint and subtle emotion.
The inspiration
"For Pomme, I drew from the organic shapes I sketch daily: branches, petals, fruit, and the quiet atmosphere of gardens and orchards. Rather than depicting nature literally, I focused on impressions and memory. I wanted to express a feeling more than a subject: nature as geometry, movement, and silence."
