Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email shop@fleurgrain.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Do not send items back without a return authorization.
Return shipping
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are your responsibility. You may use your own carrier with tracking, or ask us for a prepaid label. If you use our label, the actual return cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Keep all packaging and include photos so we can evaluate and resolve.
Exceptions
Final sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Personalized or custom items are not returnable. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable if seals are broken or if worn.
Exchanges
Return the item for a refund, then place a new order.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving the returned item or proof of shipment. We refund the product price and the original outbound shipping at the standard rate only. Expedited surcharges are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
EU right of withdrawal
If your order ships into the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping is at your charge under this right. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment.
